Dick’s commitment to providing second-to-none service and product has remained unchanged for over forty years – since he began New Horizon Seed with his wife, Elaina, in 1979. He values the relationships he has developed in the seed industry and those he has established with customers whom he considers his family. When he’s not out meeting with growers, Dick is gardening, entertaining the Frontiersmen family in his home, or traveling.

Ben’s diverse background in corporate management has led him to continue on his family’s legacy by overseeing Frontiersmen’s operations. As CEO, he works directly with trait providers and management teams to facilitate lasting, effective relationships. Ben currently resides in London with his two sons, and wife, Zarina.

Travis came to Frontiersmen in 2022, and is owner of Rohlin Bluffs Ag. He is by no means new to the ag industry, and brings over fifteen years of knowledge and expertise to the customers he works with in both Western Wisconsin and Eastern Minnesota.
With a passion for products, he has positioned himself as an expert in product placement and agronomic recommendations in his local geography, and implements these products and practices on his own operation. Travis and his wife, Drew, reside in River Falls, WI, with their three children, Mckenna, Wyatt, and Molly.
